Hi everyone!
I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been accepted to volunteer with IVHQ’s childcare program in the Accra region of Ghana! This incredible opportunity allows me to work with local childcare centers, assisting with daily activities, organizing fun and educational programs, and providing much-needed care and attention to these amazing kids.

Why volunteering and what makes it so special to me.

Kids have always hold a special place in my heart, ever since I was old enough to hold a baby I enjoyed spending time with my nephews, I even wanted to become a babysitter in the future. I was an Au Pair in Australia for 2 years and I enjoyed every second of it and cant wait to do the same in Ghana, giving the children care and attention they need.

Why Ghana?
The children in these centers come from challenging backgrounds and deserve all the love and support we can give them. By volunteering, I’ll be contributing to their well-being and development, helping to create a brighter future for them.

I would need little bit help to get there by raising funds to cover:

Program Fees: Essential for my placement and accommodation.
Travel Expenses: Flights to and from Ghana.
Living Costs: Basic necessities during my stay.

Your support, no matter how small, will bring me closer to making a meaningful impact in these children’s lives. Together, we can make a real difference.
