Have you ever wanted to do something different when traveling? Perhaps even really make a difference in someone's life? If you said yes, you are in the right place! Long story short - I have an opportunity for this Cultural Immersion Missions Trip to Guatemala and I am so grateful and excited to be able to go and represent my family and friends.
I am passionate about this program becuase I have always loved native cultures and I have a new job at a community center which focuses on the Guatemalan Maya community...how perfect right? I beleive the more we immerse ourselves in a culture the more we will be able to understand and love them and fight for justice to a people that have suffered too much already in a culturally meaningful way. Each donation will make a BIG difference and I will gladly take you "with me" on this amazing journey.
