My Travel Story

Hi there!

My name is Stefania, I’m 15 years old, and, together with my 16-year-old cousin Raul, have made the decision to go volunteering abroad. We are from a country called Romania.

We know that the past earthquakes have done a lot of damage and the people from Kathmandu need our help. Together with like-minded teens we know we can make a difference in the local community and improve the lives of children from Kathmandu, NE.

We have done a lot of intensive research to find the best project we can participate in and found PROJECTS ABROAD. Raul and I found that the Volunteer Building in Nepal Program is the most suitable for us and can do our best work there. It would be a great honour to go and help those in need, while also a great opportunity for us to bloom as better people and gain knowledge in a foreign culture in a meaningful way.

We are sure that this volunteer project will have a great impact not only on the local community but on ourselves as well. It is the first time (for both of us) that we found out that this is actually a possibility for such young people, so, if everything goes well, we hope to this kind of projects in the future.

Unfortunately, program fees are not cheap and this is why we need your help. The money will make it possible for us to engage in this awesome volunteer project.
