My Travel Story
For generations, my family has fought to reclaim the rights, land, and recognition of the Griqua people in South Africa. As a direct descendant of Adam Kok III—the last recognized king of the Griquas—I have inherited the responsibility to continue this fight. But to do that, I need to be on the ground, where the struggle is happening.
This campaign is about more than just a plane ticket—it’s about justice, history, and the future of an entire community.
Why This Matters
South Africa claims to have moved beyond its colonial past, yet the government still operates under systems that exclude and oppress indigenous people. The Griqua, Khoi, and San communities remain dispossessed, while corruption and falsehoods continue to shape policies that deny us our rightful place in history.
There is too much happening behind closed doors—too many decisions being made without us. If we don’t take action now, our people will continue to be silenced, and our history rewritten by those in power.
I need to be in South Africa to challenge this corruption face-to-face—to expose the truth, fight for justice, and ensure that our rights are no longer ignored.
