My Travel Story

Currently on list for double lung & heart transplant, since finding out I have PAH  its affected my life in every way - I can't do anything I used to do from cleaning my house to doing things as simple as making my bed I am breathless.
I can walk on level ground but slight inclines and stairs I dread!!
Its starting to get harder to wash my hair with my arms being up - they turn to feels like lead
The time I am losing with my Grandchildren and daughters is what is hurting me the most, id love to be able to pick them up and cuddle them or even jumping on the trampoline or going for a swim .
I know I will come home from this trip clean and fresh, if not I know I will not be around to see my kids grandkids grow up. 
Any help would be appreciated and I will keep all  up to date with the progress from day 1.
