My Travel Story

In January I am going to Nepal, in the himalayas for 3 months. I will be volonteering as a teacher. This is something I have been wanting to do for years and reaching out for people in need is something I believe in.
Remote villages of the himalayas are difficult to access. there aren't many schools, so kids have to walk sometimes about 2 hours before they reach their school,and 58% of the population is illiterate. We are priviledged on our side of the world, access to education is easy. and we take it for granted. the money of this fundraising will help providing education to children in remote villages of the himalayas, give them the chance to get a better future.  I hope many of you will be sensitive to this subject, thank you for reading this and remember: children are the future!!
