I’ve spent the past year focused on survival—juggling responsibilities, supporting my mum monthly, and trying to stay afloat financially after a tough period of unstable work. I’m now in a more stable job, but between debt repayments and day-to-day costs, there’s been little room to focus on my own wellbeing.

I now have the opportunity to travel to the Caribbean—somewhere deeply meaningful to me, both culturally and emotionally. This isn’t just about a holiday; it’s a chance to reconnect with my roots, clear my head, and truly rest for the first time in a long while.

I’m not asking for the full cost, just a contribution to help make it possible. I’ve done my best to manage everything alone, but I’m learning it’s okay to ask for support when you need it—and this is one of those times.
