My Travel Story

If life were as easy as jumping on a plane and going home when ever you chose, that would be so awesome. 2,000 miles away is still a LONG way. For some it takes years. I don't have years. I have children, and they are  growing as we speak. I moved to CA for work and oppportunity.  Away from my home in HI of 43 years.  I brought 2 of my 4 kids with me. The oldest in college and the 2nd oldest, my daughter, is back HOME, in HI with her grandma. I could not take her from her roots to this concrete jungle at an age and time where she needs our home the most. So here I am, still working my butt off in a different location. Why? I'm still figuring that out. Things hasn't gone as planned and lots have changed. And in the midst of all this, I'm like a child, wanting to just go home. What is the remedy for homesick? Currently I am looking for support to get My boys and I home and hopefully have a back up fund for when we want to go instead of for an emergency.
