My Travel Story

Hi everyone!
My name is Dickens Arinda, a Ugandan living in Kenya. As a graduate, I have spotted the major issues affecting the youths and majorly students in the East African region. The major issue is drug abuse and mental health problems. As an orphan that grew up through a harsh life of no parental love, hustling school fees, basic needs, I feel a need to put a smile on someone's face that is going through what i went through. Therefore, I have embarked on a 6 month trip to schools in Uganda,Tanzania and South Sudan to share with different students and organizations on the different ways to promote mental health to curb drug abuse. This will reduce the number of school dropouts and early marriages in the region. With enough resources, I will be able to widen the base and reach as many youths as possible. 
I'm glad to thank everyone that will support this cause and let's save the young lives together.
