As a Junior majoring in Computer Science at Oklahoma State University, I have developed a strong academic foundation while discovering a deep passion for using technology to solve real-world problems. Over the past two years, I have immersed myself in coursework ranging from calculus and discrete mathematics to data structures and computer systems. These classes have strengthened my analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Beyond the classroom, I actively seek opportunities to expand my knowledge through collaborative projects, coding challenges, and participation in campus technology organizations. I have also expanded my social involvement through intramural activities and club sports, as well as connections made through community and church groups.
Studying abroad would represent the next step in my academic and personal journey. It would provide exposure to a new learning environment. Studying abroad will allow me to experience different approaches to technology, innovation, and collaboration. By studying in an international setting, I hope to broaden my perspective on how technology can address diverse societal needs, from cybersecurity to artificial intelligence.
