My grandchildren are almost 3 and 4 years old, and my mother, their great grandmother, lives 16 hours away in Florida. She was too elderly to fly or drive to Kentucky to meet them. My daughter and I want to take them to to meet their great grandmother for the first time this Christmas. We want to rent a van to drive to Florida so they can meet as a surprise gift for my mom. She talks to them on the phone regularly, but she cannot see them because she does not have an iPhone to FaceTime. So we send her pictures and she hears their voices, but I've would really love to make both of their Christmases very unforgettable by getting to meet each other.
