My name is Dmitrii, and I’m reaching out with the most difficult episode of my life. My mother, Larisa, is 74 years old. She has always been the strongest woman I know — kind, caring, and devoted to family.

Three months ago, she fell and broke her hip. She spent months in the hospital, bravely enduring pain and recovery. But during this time, our world turned upside down: the doctors discovered she has lymphatic cancer.

This news has been devastating for us. My mother deserves the chance to fight, but in our hometown of Nadym, the resources are very limited. She now urgently needs to travel to Moscow for better analysis and treatment options.

Between the medical bills, travel costs, and ongoing care, the expenses are overwhelming for our family. I never thought I would have to ask strangers for help, but right now, every contribution — big or small — brings us closer to giving my mother hope, strength, and the care she needs.
