My Travel Story

I know that there are many stories out here asking for help and monies for travel.  I am passionate about this trip because it involves someone I truly care about.  My son, he is 21 and his name is Andrew he is a wonderful human being ever.  He's autistic and right at the end of 2022 he suffered a major setback when you was struck with catatonia, we went through months of trying to figure what was happenening all the while he stopped eating and communicating. Before all of this happened Andrew was teaching himself to speak German and he wanted to learn how to program.  He also wanted to plan a trip Hawaii and go with me, he would go out to Southwest and Marriot and book our stay,  when this happened he forgot how to text. write a complete sentence and plan.  It was has been heartbreaking and since then his father and I have since seperated I don't see this trip happening as a family.   It was truly our dream to go Andrew and I would always talk about going on this journey.  We thought we were going to lose him, since then he has improved but he hasn't bounced back completely with medication and ECT he is getting better.  I am now on my own and can not afford to travel to Hawaii but I can't wait and I am hoping that I can get donation for this wonderful journey that he and I deserve.  When I realized I could lose my baby I thought about all the things I wanted do and this is why this trip would mean so much to me.
