My Travel Story

Hi everyone, first I would like to introduce myself. My name is Ngan and I am a first-year student who persuading her dream (hopefully) to be a clinical psychologist. It may be for some people, doing an internship during undergraduate time is rather too early and they may think that I will not have enough theory and capacity to apply to those clinical settings, but I believe in myself that I will find ways to help and learn even if it is in the smallest way. 

Since it is a career that demands hands-on experience as well as theories, I consider this internship next year on July as a huge influence on my future career, education and on my own self. It is the first time for me stepping out of my comfort zone and going out there explore the world and immerse myself in the different cultures and beliefs. This internship does not only provide real-life settings, but it also gives me professional instructions and corrections if I make any mistake. Hence, it is a great opportunity for me to fulfill myself and be a better person.
