I am seeking financial support to participate in Richfield's inaugural MBA International Study Immersion (ISI) program, specifically the destination of Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This 8-day immersive experience is a crucial component of my MBA journey, providing a capstone opportunity to deepen my understanding of global business, cross-cultural dynamics, and geopolitical influences on the business landscape.

The ISI program is carefully designed to expose participants to unique business networks, real-time learning from economic and political experts, and social and cultural dynamics beyond typical tourist experiences. By engaging in activities such as an Amazing Race, Negotiation tasks, and in-country culinary journeys, I aim to gain valuable insights and test significant management lessons. Additionally, the program offers the chance to foster international networks, potentially sparking entrepreneurial passions and business ideas with fellow classmates.
