My Travel Story

Everything about going to Peru this coming May, from the cultural immersion to the language practice to the education I will receive to the adventures I will go on, is beyond exciting for me.  The time has finally  come for me to spend over a month in a foreign country, where I will have the opportunity to learn and live in different ways.  Additionally, the program I will be taking part in spends a few days working with elementary school children.  This community service makes this trip all the more entralling for me.  My current studies, my love for travel and world cultures, and my goal of serving in the military will all be supported by this trip to Peru.  I will undoubtedly be a more well-rounded person when I come back.  This will be the journey of a lifetime, and the most learning-filled month and a half of my life.
