Dear sir/madam

My name is Chathura Madushanka Sedawaththa. I am from Sri Lanka but work in Qatar, and I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart but hopeful spirit. I have been diagnosed with a severe liver condition that requires an urgent liver transplant. This surgery is my only chance to regain my health and continue living a full and meaningful life.

The cost of the transplant, including surgery, post-operative care, and medications, is overwhelming and beyond my current financial means. I am seeking support from the community to help raise the necessary funds to cover these expenses.
