My Travel Story

Hi everyone thank you so much for checking out my campaign. I truly appreciate everyone who has taken the time to read my profile, those who consider funding my passion, and all who are helping me get a step closer to my dream!
Semester at Sea has been a dream of mine ever since I ran across their website when I was in the 8th grade. I never really thought that it would be possible, but when it came time for college and heard that the major I wanted to go for required a study abroad I could not stop thinking about Semester at Sea. When I applied I had no idea if I was going to get in. When I found out I could not believe it. I read the email over and over again thinking that I read it wrong. It was a dream come true and I could not be more excited!

Studying aboard Semester at Sea I have the opportunity of a lifetime to travel to 11 different countries, 12 cities, and 4 different continents. 

I will be taking a full course load and am hoping to receive a work study grant where I will be working on the ship for two hours a day while we are at sea. This is going to give me the opportunity to learn and experience many different cultures that I thought I would never be able to experience. 

Help me live out this dream and make it aboard the Semester at Sea in January!
