My Travel Story

Growing up in a household where the highest educated person finished 9th grade, I was not taught the importance of travel. Nor was I taught that our world is so much bigger than the small bubble we keep ourselves in. Educating my kiddos on the world out side of our small town is my goal. I want them to see the world and learn from it and possibly do something great. I would be lying if I said this was purely for them. I want to learn as well. About wildlife, culture and people in the areas of our travel. I don't k ow if we would be able to help any committee but we would learn from them. I dreamed of traveling as a kid, life happened and I have took them on small trips. Places I can drive after my divorce,we've loved it. Each destination we can learn about either wildlife, historical events or culture and people. A opportunity to teach them something I was never taught is important because at the end of the day I want them to be more well versed and educated than I am. Thank you -TxMom
