My Travel Story

I got accepted to 1 of the best business schools in the world. Before i left i had enough money to study and live saved up. i was granted a study visa becaues of this. From an developing country it is impossible to get a student loan so i literally paid deposit 16 months ago and carried on saving till then to start my program now. I was suppose to start last year but deferred it. Just before the program my local currency deppreciated 30% against euro and has not come back. It has made it difficult to finish program. i am 3-4 months into program now. Another thing i had back up plans of friends and family but because of the economic situation they have pulled out literally this week so i am forced with no choice but to go back home even though i am 1 of the top students in 1 of the best business schools in the world. Also liquidating my assets is not working. Trying to sell my house this year has not worked. The buyer literally pulled out about 2 weeks ago with negotiations happening for 2 months so my triple back up plan is also compromised. Sometimes i guess in life no matter how hard you try its not meant to be. You just need to love your fate "amor fati" as Nietzsche said. To think the fees for the school is 70k and living requires a further 20000 euro. I am literally going to have to drop out because i am short now around 10k euro. Deppressings stuff. Anyway wish i could get a student loan but sadly after 2 years of trying i have not succeeded and all the high rich network individuals i approached and grants also did not come back to try support me. Hope this last letter may make a difference otherwise i can always revisit this journey sometime again in future as now its not meant to be. My plan now is to go back home take a break for a month and plan my next year. Blessings
