My name is Saddy. I am from Ecuador and I am a dedicated chemical engineer currently pursuing the International Master on Wine Tourism Innovation in Europe.

My journey into the world of wine and tourism began during my undergraduate studies, throughout an Oenology course, I gained a deep appreciation for the complexity of wine through the lectures and tastings, and it was the starting point for my journey towards the wine studies field developing a profound appreciation for the significance of wine as a cultural, economic, and touristic asset.

My goal is to work in a leadership role in the wine tourism industry. Specifically, I aspire to develop and implement innovative strategies that promote sustainable wine tourism practices and help to boost worldwide the developing wine regions.

I would love to have some funding for my master degree to continue studying and allowing me to give new ideas and perspective to the wine industry.
