My Travel Story

I am a first generation college student attending Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. I am studying psychology sciences and I my career dream is to become a licensed psychologist. Since the pandemic, the need for psychologists have skyrocketed. I want to be part of the movement to help people get back to the way they were before the pandemic. Of couse, the pandemic did not just affect the United States but the whole world. I want to expand my knowledge to other countries so I can be better prepared in helping people all over the world. I have never been out of the country, and my mom makes below $15,000 dollars a year so I am fully dependent of ferderal funds to go to college. It's my moms dream to travel around the world, so I want to go for her and become a well educated student so I may acheive my dreams of being a psychologist helping people arccoss the globe. If I am traveling to help people, maybe I can take her too.
