My Travel Story

Hello! My name is Tallisa and I will be doing a four-month study abroad program with Semester at Sea! I created this campaign in hopes of getting a little bit of assistance from family and friends as this will be a bit of a pricy (but worth it) semester. I find traveling and learning about new cultures extremely fulfilling. I love getting to experience the world outside of my little texas bubble. During this program, I will get the chance to travel to multiple countries by boat. When we are at sea, I will participate in a normal college semester (albeit in the middle of the ocean). However, whenever we are in port, I get full control of where I go and what I see while in-country. I truly believe this will be the experience of a lifetime and I'm already counting down the days until I get to see the ship for the first time! I really appreciate anyone willing to donate.
