My Travel Story

This summer I have the opportunity to participate in an Atlantis Project Fellowship in Budapest, Hungary. Over the course of three weeks I will be shadowing doctors in a hopsital setting for over 20 hours a week, participating in excursions to learn more about the local culture, and volunteering to teach English at my host hospital. The program cost includes daily transportation to the hospital, excursions, housing, and some meals. This is a unique opportunity that will strengthen my medical school applicaiton when I reapply upon program completion. Any extra money raised through this campaign will be donated to CVAN (Cabarrus Victims Assistance Network) to support battered women and their children.  Thank you for taking the time to check out this page and contribute to my goal of being an AP Fellow and, eventually, a doctor!
