My Travel Story

Thank you for reviewing my post. 

I am John Ma, from Hong Kong, a typical salary man busy with work every day. I am raised from a poor family and did not even get a chance for travel out of the city. It is because the monthly expense of accommodation is high living here. You may not know that the accommodation cost is the highest in the world. Thus, I am not able to make any travel. 

With this charity, I will be able to travel to boarden my horizon and I did not travel to UK before. For me, it is just a city with a red bus parking on the road. 
I have a dream that I can study aboard and live on my own in UK. It enables me to be more independent and experience the down-to-earth culture. 

I like big challenge and if I am lucky enough, I would travel for a whole year to study and participant in outdoor activities that are not possible in my home city. For example, I can hike and go camping in rural area. More importantly, I would do some unusual sports like underwater hockey, base jumping and volcano boarding etc. 

As a city boy from Hong Kong, these are not possible in the daily life. If I can get more personal experiences, it would change my life and career orientation.
