My Name is Neo , I’m only 19 years of Age and only have a dream to study in France

I have a twin sister and we both wish to go and further our studies in France due to insufficient funds the dream seems impossible

We would like for everyone to find it in their hearts to help us , we only have 1 mother

who’s only a bread winner in the house
