Volunteering is my passion! I get even more excited when I notice the enormous opportunity and experience I could have by teaching English to children in Bali, Indonesia by seeing how beautiful and joyful they are. I love working with children and I would like to exchange happiness and knowledge with them anytime I can!

I want to immerse myself in a different culture so that I can have a better understanding of the world and its needs.

  • Why Am I Fundraising For Traveling To Indonesia?

    Why am I fundraising for traveling to Indonesia?
    I'm in love with traveling and getting to know other cultures! But I love even more flying to another country and knowing I can help the people who live there.

    One day, I was in my room just doing some research about volunteering programs which I would love to attend. VP Bali was my main dream so I began to make my application and thought that maybe they wouldn't put their eyes on me... but I completed it anyways.
    The very next day I checked my email and... YAAAAY! Exciting news! VP Bali had emailed me saying they would like me to come and teach English to young children in Bali for 6 weeks!
    I was so excited when I first knew this thatI started to dream about how it was going to be... playing with children in the classroom, making them smile, THEM making ME smile harder. But then... reality came back to me when my mom ask "Do you even know how much is the flight cost?"
    Of course the answer was "I know we can't afford it."

    I really want to go and help these people and children! So this is the reason why I am fundraising... to get there and CHANGE people's lives and so that they can change mine too!
