My Travel Story

This summer I will be attending a marine biology voyage with Broadreach. This program is an amazing experience that enriches students like me through hands on work including fish identification, analysis of marine habitats, scuba diving, sailing, and wildlife conservation.

At Broadreach, I will have the opportunity to expand my knowledge of marine science and gain valuable life experiences. I will also become scuba certified and receive two college credits and five service hours. The majority of the voyage will take place in the Leeward Islands and as a team, we will explore and discover the different aspects of marine life. Most importantly, this experience will support my college studies and ready me for life beyond high school.

The cost for me to attend is $6000, including tuition fees, airfare, course materials, and money for other incidental expenses. My family and I agree that I should independently raise the money for this trip; however, I cannot afford the entire amount. Therefore, I am requesting your support.
