My Travel Story

Hello! 
    Thank you for visiting my page. I have the opportunity to travel to London in June of 2020. I have never been abroad nor have been able to do events such as this in the past becuase of financial situations.
    I am a pre-med student getting my degree in Medical Studies. My goal is to become a pediatric surgeon and provide services for children suffering. Ultimately, I would like to travel to Europe providing free medical care to children.
    I decided to study in London since it has such a different culture than America, but speaks the same language. I will have the opportunity to intern at a local hospital helping those in dire need and volunteer at other organizations. I am excited to make an impact on their community and understand what it is like to be a healthcare professional.
    I have always wanted to help people, even as a little kid, and being able to go to the hospitals will help me continue in pursuing that goal. Having other cultural encounters will sculpt me in becoming the best doctor I can be here in America. I am so thankful to even have the opportunity to study abroad. Thank you for supporting me.
