This conference will give me exposure on how women need to know there place and
fight for there dreams 
My intention is to organize a career/ motivation talk to make the community young ladies know there is life after just matric.
It hurt so much when I see the way young ladies lose hope in themselves after just matric.  They don't believe they can do more.
