Participating in an animal care program in Italy would be an incredible opportunity to expand my skills and understanding of global animal welfare practices, even though my formal education is in a different field. Hands-on work with shelters, wildlife centers, and community outreach programs would allow me to gain real-world experience and deepen my commitment to volunteering and advocacy. This program would help me grow as a person, develop leadership skills, and learn how different cultures approach animal care and protection. These experiences would strengthen my ability to contribute meaningfully to organizations at home, bridging my interests and my community work with international perspectives.

I am passionate about this project because it reflects a lifelong dedication to helping animals and building stronger, more compassionate communities. I chose Italy because of its strong network of animal welfare initiatives and its unique blend of cultural heritage and environmental stewardship. Being able to support these efforts while learning from local professionals makes this opportunity deeply meaningful to me. By participating, I will not only be contributing to ongoing projects but also bringing back knowledge, ideas, and practices that can benefit my own community.
