My sons father left the state breaking courts orders and has been on the move ever since it is going on ten years now since I have seen my son and was hoping to be able to see him on his birthday march fourth since this is not kid napping but a civil matter I have to take my sons father to court to see my son but he is moving before th papers can be served to him I have already spent thousands and have gotten no results I made my son a promise I told him I would never leave him and I have to tell him I never did and my health isn't getting any better I need help doing this is my last resort to be able to see my son.
