Back Me For Sea Turtle Field Research & Wildlife Medicine
My Travel Story
I’m an animal science major at UC Davis. I’ve been accepted into a field-course in Costa Rica with BIOMA Travel working on sea turtle conservation and wildlife health. This trip will expose me to exotic animal species, field-vet research, and conservation methods that will be essential for my future goal of working in exotic/zoomedicine.
My animal science program focuses on domestic/farm animals; I want to broaden into wildlife and exotic species. This experience will give me hands-on skills, on-the‐ground exposure to biodiversity, and deepen my understanding of wildlife health in a tropical ecosystem.
Throughout the trip, I plan to post many photos on social media, so you can follow along too!
