My Travel Story

When I was 12 i came across the concept of sailing and living aboard a boat full time and my parents thought I was crazy, telling me i'd never been sailing  and this was a phase, eight years later im doing a day skipper theory course and have a saving account dedicated towards buying myself a boat, affectionately known as the boat fund. I want to live as sustainably as possible for our planet and I want to explore some of our harshest environments we have, most of it being cold and unwelcoming, and I want to do this before we completely ruin our planet. My journey might not be one for education or future careers but it's been my dream since I was just a child and unfortunately I really need help getting there because right now im struggling a little, my two year relationship has just ended and i'm struggling to be positive about my dream.
Any help at all will be so so appreciated and will go straight to buying my dream boat. I either want to buy a project boat and completely renovate her, or I wouldn't be against buying a boat that doesn't necessarily need renovations, however I will not be buying a new one as this goes against my main point here of being sustainable to our precious home, earth.
