My Travel Story

by: Aung Kyaw Khant Start Date: Jul 21, 2025 - End Date: Jul 20, 2026

My career began with a deep fascination for creative visual games in childhood — a spark that slowly evolved into a lifelong commitment to storytelling through design. Though I initially studied law at Western Yangon University, my true calling pulled me in another direction. I officially began my creative journey in 2021 at Awaken Entertainment, developing skills through hands-on work, mentorship, and constant self-learning. As I moved through studios like Mint, Grip Digi, Honor Myanmar, Nexlabs, and YCP Solidiance, I learned to design for health education, product launches, and diverse Asia-Pacific markets. Each project sharpened my ability to connect emotionally with audiences through visuals. A major turning point came when I worked on motion campaigns for international clients—especially when I realized how design is shaped by culture and emotion. Whether animating characters for FMCG brands or crafting video content for Nyxys Philippines, I found joy in merging precision with feeling. Now, I continue to learn every day—currently studying German to pursue further education in Europe—and dream of exploring how motion graphics, culture, and storytelling intersect. Being an artist, to me, means showing up with curiosity, humility, and the quiet promise to create something honest and impactful. With a 25% scholarship offer already secured, I’m seeking support to cover my admission fees, visa requirements, and initial living costs, so I can take the next step in this creative journey and continue growing as a visual storyteller.

Got offer letter from the admission team
My name is Aung Kyaw Khant, a passionate designer from Myanmar, and I’ve recently been awarded a 25% scholarship to study design in Germany—an incredible opportunity to grow in a country known for creativity and innovation. However, I still need financial support to cover the remaining admission fees, blocked account setup for the visa, and initial living costs. I’m currently based in Bangkok, working hard to improve my skills and language, but I can’t afford these expenses alone. Any support—big or small—will help me take this important step toward building a meaningful creative future. Thank you so much for your kindness and belief in my journey.
