Alex's volunteering trip to Kenya 2021

My name is Alex Curran I am 15 years old.

I have been given a life changing opportunity to travel to Kenya in July 2021 by my school "Chancellors" in Hertfordshire.
This is an experience of a life time and I am extremely excited!
I am hoping to make a real difference by volunteering and working alongside children teaching them and providing sporating activities.

I believe this trip is going to change my perspective on life forever.
I feel incredibly honoured that I have this exceptional opportunity.
African Adventures provides humanitarian and financial support to many educational partner projects helping to improve the lives of over 20,000 young people across Ghana, Kenya and Zanzibar. These trips give volunteers the opportunity to embark on a life-changing journey and contribute to development at the projects through teaching assistance , vital building work and sports coaching.The partner projects are run by local people and work in consultation with them to provide the support they require to enable their schools to grow and develop.
Any support you can offer no matter how small would be gratefully received.
