Hi, my name is Beti and I am an Ethiopian adoptee who is currently a high school senior here in Portland, Oregon. My plan after graduation is to reunite and spend time with loved ones back in Ethiopia. I plan to stay for six months and I currently work with kids at a daycare center. I will volunteer to aid my community in Addis Ababa. This will be my second trip to Ethiopia. My first trip was a year ago, and during that time, I realized how impactful and necessary this experience was.

I hope to learn and grow, and learn more about myself and my country as I explore and create new relationships and bonds.
My goal is $40,000 to support the cost of flights, housing, and food for my trip to Ethiopia
