A Final Goodbye to Grandpa - I Need Help To Get Home
My Travel Story
I’m writing this with a heavy heart. My grandfather has passed away, and I need to travel back to Ghana to say a final goodbye and support my family during this difficult time.
We haven’t been able to visit our home country in years—not out of choice, but because the financial burden has always been too great. We’ve missed so many important moments, always hoping that "next year" would be different. Now, with my grandfather’s passing, I feel an urgent need to go home—not for a vacation, but to honor him and be with those I love.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the means to cover the travel and funeral-related costs. That’s why I’m asking for help. I’m hoping to raise 30,000 NOK to afford the flight and basic expenses. Every single contribution, no matter how small, brings me closer to Ghana, to closure, and to family.
