My Travel Story

For the past couple of years, I have wanted to pursue international relations as my career choice. I believe this volunteer trip will bring me an experience I can carry with me for the rest of my life, especially in my career. I am passionate about this project because I will get to meet and connect with people from all over the world. I came across this idea when my mom showed me a picture of a volunteer abroad group trip to Costa Rica. I love to travel and volunteer so as soon as she showed it to me I was immediately hooked. I found a specific program that worked in an animal rescue center that looked right up my alley. I think this experience will give me a lot of cultural experience along with the fulfilling feeling of working to rehabilitate animals.
