My Famiy was evacauted from the war in Gaza
My Travel Story
Today, I am communicating with you on behalf of my family in Gaza. The situation they face is dire, and I urgently request your support to evacuate them from the war-torn Gaza Strip to Egypt. This campaign is the only option I have to help my precious family escape war and rebuild their lives.
Over the past three months, we have witnessed the destruction of our family home in Jabalia camp due to the ongoing war. My family is currently displaced, taking refuge in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza. Our family is in a serious psychological state after losing nearly 40 of its members in air strikes, and we do not know who is still alive due to the loss of communications. In the midst of this tragedy, I have a brother who went to the south in the city of Rafah and we know nothing about him and cannot reach him. We don't know if he is alive or in detention. This campaign is a call to help reunite our bereaved family and ensure their safe passage to Egypt.
Our family consists of 12 members with 6 younger sisters, approximately between 5 and 15 years old. We were once a happy, carefree family, always meeting at the family home. Unfortunately, our home in Jabalia Camp, which was once a beautiful and safe place, has been destroyed, and all the dreams in this home have been demolished, taking with it the safe haven for the children and their dreams.
The funds raised through this campaign will be allocated to facilitate the safe passage of my family from Gaza to Egypt. Evacuating my family to Egypt is very expensive. Unfortunately, this cost takes advantage of people during these difficult times and makes it almost impossible to get to safety.
The main goal is to move the family to a safe place outside Gaza, and the remaining funds will be used to repair the house and make it habitable again to host the family after this deadly war ends. This will provide them with hope and the opportunity to rebuild their lives in a place they can call home again. Your uncle is crucial in reuniting my family, offering solace in a time of great grief, and helping them rebuild part of the life they once lived.
