ASU has blessed me with the opportunity to fulfill my dream to study abroad in my dream city, London!! Ever since I was a kid it's been a dream of mine to travel and explore the world.
I am currently majoring in Global Studies in hopes to become a Diplomat one day. This study abroad experience will allow me to fulfill my dream of traveling while also giving me the opportunity to grow as an individual. Not only that but this will also allow me to take my experiences and apply them to my career. 

I come from a family that left their loved ones back home to make sure I get the best education out there for my siblings and I. I have one older brother who is one year older than me and a sister that is two years younger than me, all of us are currently pursuing bachelors degrees. It's tough funding college yet alone a trip abroad especially during a pandemic. 

During these hard times, my family's business has been highly impacted by what is going on. We've lost majority of our employees and almost
60% of customers. It's been really hard trying to stay afloat. With that being said, funding a trip abroad is quite hard for my family and I to be able to afford.
