I am reaching out to you for support in my fundraising efforts for Sam's long distance medical trip. We will be undertaking a long distance medical trip to make a difference in the lives of a sweet 10 year old boy born with three genetic disorders who currently lives with an ileostomy and is restricted to 22 hr continuous tube feedings. We are visiting one of the best doctors in Philadelphia CHOP who is an expert in gastrointestinal motility disorders.The target amount for this individual appeal is $1,000. Your contribution will directly impact the success of this trip.
