On July 28th I will be volunteering with International Volunteet HQ (IVHQ) in Rome, Italy for The Animal Care Project!

This program offers the opportunity to support the welfare and protection of both local farms and cat shelters, which play a role in protecting endangered animals, raising awareness of animal abandonment and promoting adoption, when  applicable. 

As an animal care volunteer, I will be helping the local staff routine daily. Tasks such as cleaning and grooming, feeding, providing companionship by playing with the animals and raising awareness with local staff of non-profit associations.
