Africa is my favorite continent in the world, with its diverse ecosystems and plethora of wildlife. My favorite animals reside in Africa: The African leopard, lion, elephant, giraffe, rhino, buffalo and wilderbeast. These animals, and many others, are not only important in of themselves, but they also necessary for Africa to survive and thrive. Without them Africa would be a wasteland.
It has been a dream of mine to use my vet tech knowledge for the better good, and to treat these beautiful, indispensible creatures. They share this world with us, and belong here just as much as we do, if not more.
I appreciate any donations that you make towards my trip. Even though it is considered a volunteer position I still have to pay to be able to travel there and do the things I am going to do. The money goes towards my education, and funding the medicine used to treat and relocate these animals.
