My Travel Story

Finances have become challenged! The lenght of time I thought I would be spending in Barbados has incrreased. 
I am already making an impact in people of all ages and walks of life lives by communicating the wisdom gained through meditation and research.
I am exceptionally passionate about the research due to the fact that concentration will be on non or minimalized ancient historical narratives.
Barbados was honestly chosen through prayer, and the fact that they have a Theological and History program in the same department of the University.

This will not be a fancy introduction or request; this is a notice of urgency with passion. My name is Lori Ann Christian, and I am a non-traditional female of color who is in desperate need of funding for Graduate School located in the East Caribbean, pursuing a MA/PhD in the Philosophy of History (the goal is to obtain the Ph.D. in the Philosophy of Theology from the same system). I will be the first American to obtain a degree on the MPhil/PhD level at this well-established university when I complete the program!

     The belief is that exposure to what you already are as a human is a tremendous cure for social  ills, and the human past can be reflected upon as a tool for identity. The natural passion embraced from within to promote self-awareness and productivity is the nomenclature for the academic endeavor, and the entrepreneurial pursuit as a business and personal coach, educator, and speaker.

I arrived in the Caribbean from the USA in September of 2020, but the mandatory course work for a Research student did not begin until October due to the pandemic. The mandatory course work is completed.

I am on a journey! The desire to obtain a Ph.D. has been with me since a child at the age of four years old, growing up in Baltimore City and reared by my great-grandparents, where one day my Pop-Pop asked me what I wanted to do when I grow up, and I remember responding to him that I wanted to get a Ph.D. and become an Exotic Dancer! My Pop-Pop was furious and inquired with everyone how is it that I obtained knowledge of such! Well God must of put in my heart the Liberal Arts and I stated a different art form
