My Travel Story
Every journey I take into rural and underserved communities across Africa is a step closer to breaking the barriers that prevent marginalized populations from accessing the healthcare they deserve. These communities face countless challenges shaped by poverty, stigma, and systemic inequality, and their struggles often go unnoticed.
I am a researcher dedicated to shining a light on these untold stories and developing solutions that bring real change. Through my research, I explore the social determinants of health that act as barriers to care for vulnerable groups, such as Sexual and gender minorities, Orphans and vulnerable children, Widows and other marginalized populations.
