My sister and I are traveling to Belize on September 5th, 2024. We going to go visit our moms side of the family that we've never met (so exciting). There are many reasons to visit Belize, including its natural attractions, history, and wildlife. Belize has wonderful things to offer such as the second largest barrier reef in the world, white sandy beaches, clear blue water, a pristine tropical jungle and warm and friendly people. Once a British colony, Belize gained independence in 1981. Culturally and environmentally diverse, Belize offers a vast array of adventure tours both on land or at sea.
