Justice! Please save 25 years of my mom's hard work
My Travel Story
Dear World, my name is Anton Gaidash Liubiantsky.
I would want to ask you to help me and my late mother Galina (A world of her memory for blessing)
We moved to Israel in 1995,
She immediately began to work hard meanwhile I learned Hebrew and worked a little.
And after 5 years of hard work she finally opened her own business as a tailor in the north mall of the city Nahariya, Israel. I helped her with our family business but worked in other places because I would never made a good tailor.
My mother Galina was a great tailor with an experience of 45 years.
My mother made good money from our family business and bought an apartment and a car with a loan.
In 2016 my mother started to have painful stomach pains.
In 2018 After two years we were desperately looking for a doctor to diagnose my mother. We went from doctor to doctor until I saw that my mother had lost more than 55 pounds and I brought her to the emergency room in Rambam hospital Haifa, Israel.
The doctors told us they need immediately to do a gut surgery on my mother, after the surgery they diagnosed my mother with a colon cancer at a late stage.
The doctor said it was a delay of the cancer diagnosis and a Medical Malpractice, he recommended us to find a good lawyer.
Until this day i didn’t find a good one.
From the day of the surgery and the diagnosis we fought really hard,
we only had each other in this world, I always were by her side and because of that I couldn’t work.
A week ago 6th of July 2020.. my mother died.. in my arms, it was the scariest picture I’ve ever seen in my whole life!!!
Before she died I fought 2 months with the rabbis to prove them my mother is Jewish for my mother to be buried in a Jewish cemetery.
Even after she died I had to fight with the rabbis for three days meanwhile my mother laid in the morgue.
Finally after three days we won the fight and she IS buried in a Jewish cemetery.
Now I’m after the Shiva..
And this is my situation today.. my mother worked hard to pay our apartment for 28 years but she only could pay 25 years of it and had 3 more years left, in addition to the apartment, she needed to pay for the car for 5 years but only managed to pay 4 of it and left with 1 year.And some small bank loans.
I’m not even able to pay for my mother's tombstone because Israel national insurance told me my mother was not entitled to the money on the tombstone like most people.
When we started to fight the cancer I weighed 230 pounds, today I’m 165 pounds and my health is in a bad condition.
All I wanted to do is to make the God commandment of “honor your father and mother” because i am a religious Jewish man. And for that I was always by my mother side.
I beg you, please, help me that all my mother's hassle in her life will not fall into
the pockets of the banks.
The bank is a very cruel organization, they will not wait until I improve my health and start working fully, they will take everything now for debts and for the inability to pay bills.
I ask everyone who can help, money is needed in the next 2 months. My destiny is in your hands, you can give me future ones or doom me to even more severe suffering.
Because then I can stay on the street with nothing.
God promises to “bless those who bless [Israel].”
God will bless you and pay your wages!
