Hello, my name is Rene Dálton, I was born in Brazil and I am 54 years old. My life journey was profoundly marked by an event that happened when I was only 11 years old. I witnessed the death of a pig and a chicken, and it moved me so much that I decided, at that moment, that I would never participate in this slaughter.

Since then, I have not eaten meat, as I believe that my food should not impose suffering on any living being. Over more than two decades, I have dedicated my life to specializing in the production of vegan cheeses, sausages, sausages and sausages. I learned how to make cheese from my maternal grandmother, and working with it is a way I found to honor my ancestors and promote good food and good health without imposing suffering on animals.

I have an in-depth knowledge in the production, curing, smoking, and storage of these vegan foods. My dream is to have a small factory to produce these healthy foods and promote knowledge and tips on good health. For this, I need 25 thousand reais to start my home production. This amount will be used to purchase a large refrigerator, a stove, storage cabinet, sausage filler and food smoker. I believe that with your help, I can turn this dream into reality and continue promoting healthy and ethical eating.
