Hello! 
I am so excited to be spending three months in Stirling Scotland studying for my History Degree! This trip will allow me to study Scottish history - which isn't  offered at Western Oregon University - while in Scotland! I am hopeful that this will expand my knowledge not only of history in the United Kingdom, but also help draw parallels to my focus of Progressive Era US History. 

Lots of people have asked me why I chose Scotland as my study abroad and it really came from getting to be in Edinburgh with my mother and grandmother. It was my favorite place we visited, and has remained in my heart since I left. I am so thrilled to be able to experience it more in depth this fall! 

I will be blogging while I am away as a way for you to be able to keep up with my adventures. My insatgram is linked on the blog as well so you can see the pictures I take!
